Polaroid PDC-640
The Polaroid PDC-640 autofocus compact digital camera was first released in 1998[1]. It featured a .31MP sensor with a resolution of 640x480. Later models used Compact Flash (CF) and also included a modem (M) for uploading images to website for printing.[2]
