The Petri GX-2 is a simple, mostly built of plastic, camera made by Cosina Japan, known as the CT-10. It uses the Pentax K-mount.
Based on aperture priority the camera chooses the shutterspeed, 3 LED lights in the viewfinder confirm if the exposure is correct, over or under. There is no information on the chosen shutterspeed. Besides the auto-mode the camera has a flash setting and a Bulb-mode.
This model even lacks a self-timer. The ISO setting has a range from 25 to 1600.
Due to the simple build the camera only weighs 570 gr with the 50mm f/2 lens attached.
Two LR44 batteries are necessary to power shutter and lightmeter functions.
