No. 2 Folding Pocket Kodak
The No. 2 Folding Pocket Kodak was made from 1899 to 1910. It took 3½ ×3½ inch exposures on No. 101 rollfilm. Coe  lists many variations for models A,B,C & D.
The later models have a different body style. McKeown  gives a date range of 1899-1915.
