The Nikon D7000 is an enthusiast-level DX camera which was manufactured by Nikon from 2010-2013, when it was replaced with the D7100. It used the 16.2 megapixed APS-C Sony sensor that would later appear in the Sony A55, Pentax K-5, and Pentax K-30.
