The Horizon D-L3 is a digital panoramic camera, developed jointly by Silvestri and KMZ Zenit, makers of the film panoramic Horizont cameras. Silvestri previously sold some Horizont models under its own name. The camera was shown at Photokina 2010; however, it is not clear that it was made in more than sample quantities. It is still (as at autumn 2015) shown at Silvestri's website,[1] but is not listed in the online sales section of that site.

The D-L3 has three 28-mm (as 35-mm equivalent) f/3.5 Zenitar lenses, each with its own sensor, arranged in an arc. An exposure with the camera makes an image with each sensor simultaneously.

At Photokina, the sensors were said to be 5 MP each, producing a single 12-MP image after stitching. This was said to be done by software residing on a computer.[2] As at autumn 2015, however, Silvestri describes three 9-MP sensors, and states that stitching is done by software in the camera.[1]

The camera retains the viewfinder of previous Horizon models, with a circular bubble level on the top, which is visible in the viewfinder.

The camera weighs 900 grams including its battery, which is a Canon lithium type. It uses SD memory.
