The Walz Envoy 35 is a 35 mm rangefinder that was sold in the late 50's by the Japanese company Walz. It was available with a 1.9/45 mm or a 2.8/45 mm Kominar lens and fitted with a Copal SVL shutter.

The aperture ring is coupled to the shutter speed ring in order to keep the same EV when changing shutter speed. The uncoupled meter gives the EV value to be reported on the aperture ring.

A metered version of this camera has been marketed in the same period : The Walz Envoy M-35.
