The Kiev Vega (sometimes marked in cyrillic: Киïв Вега) was a 16mm film camera made by Arsenal in Russia. The film was unperforated, and contained in special cassettes with both feed and take-up spools built-in.

The Vega 2 added a focusing lens.

The Vega bears many similarities to the Minolta 16.
