I am an enthusiastic amateur photographer having caught the bug early in my life. Long time systems were Olympus OM and, since 2000, Leica R.
Never a professional photographer however for ten years I worked for a photographic supply company as a professional consultant, advising photographers and processing laboratories in the best use of silver based materials.
Not entirely enthusiastic about electronic photography although I own a DSLR and compact digital camera, sometimes fun but never as satisfying as film cameras.
