Shutter size

Leaf shutters exist in various diameters that have been more or less standardized.
- #00 (requires a 26.3 mm hole in the lensboard[1])
- #0 (34.6 mm hole)
- #1 (41.6 mm hole)
- #3 (65 mm hole)
- #2 (50-55 mm hole)[2]

- ↑ S.K. Grimes, cited above, states that there was not at first a #2 shutter. Shutters made in intermediate between #1 and #3 are called this, but they are uncommon, and vary in their dimensions.
