In 1994[1], Sea & Sea introduced a complete underwater SLR system including a K-mount body, a waterproof housing, and several dedicated lenses. The lenses are fitted with geared collars to interface with the external control knobs of the housing. The camera offers aperture-priority autoexposure or manual metering, motorized film wind and rewind, and an autobracketing mode (-0.5, 0, and +0.5 EV — suggesting this function was optimized for color slide film having a narrow exposure latitude).
