The Ricoh GR Digital has been introduced by Ricoh in 2005. The GR Digital saw 2 revisions, the GR Digital II in 2007 and the GR Digital III in 2009.

GR Digital major specifications:

  • Magnesium body
  • CCD: 1/1.8-inch primary-color CCD. Effective 8.13 million pixels (total pixels: 8,300,000)
  • GR Lens: Focal length 5.9 mm (equivalent to 28 mm for 135 film cameras), 6 glass elements in 5 groups.
  • Aperture: f/2.4
  • Shutter: 180, 120, 60, 30, 15, 8, 4, 2, 1 - 1/2,000 sec.
  • Focus: Autofocus, manual focus, snap, infinity (AF supplemental light also available)
  • Macro: 1.5 cm
  • ISO Sensitivity: Auto, 64, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600
  • Display: 2.5 inch low-noise polysilicon TFT LCD; about 210,000 pixels
  • Dimensions: 107.0 x 25.0 x 58.0 mm (WxDxH); does not include protruding parts
  • Weight: Approx. 170 g (excluding battery, SD Memory Card, hand strap)
