RCP - Technik GmbH & Co KG is a company based in Hamburg, Germany. It was founded in 2007 and owns the rights on the brand Rollei. Digital still cameras, camcorders, LCD image frames and film scanners belong to the palette of electronic gadgets marketed by the distributor.

In January 2015 the company name was changed to Rollei GmbH & Co. KG.
