Late eighties PB mount (Praktica bayonet) SLR made by Pentacon VEB Dresden.
It has a full electronic aperture priority shutter that selects stepless speeds between 40sec and 1/1000 sec, but it can also be operated fully manual.
The BC3 is battery operated by a single PX28 battery (4LR44) and can function mechanical at the flash sync speed of 1/90sec.
The viewfinder shows selected aperture in a window and shutterspeeds by red LED lights. A green LED shows flash use.
