Perkeo No. 140

The Dr. Krügener Perkeo N°140 is a magazine camera shaped like a book. It holds 24 4×4cm plates in its magazine. The camera is just a little bit bigger than Dr. Krügener's famous pocket book camera. Technically it was similar, with three chambers: one storage chamber for the unexposed miniature plates, one dark camera chamber for the exposure, and one storage chamber for the exposed plates. Selectable shutter speeds were time and instant mode. The camera was made of wood and was covered with leatherette.
