The EI-2000 is a digital camera from Pentax. It was also available as the PhotoSmart 912 from Hewlett-Packard.

It uses a 2 megapixel 2/3" based CCD sensor. Images can be captured in JPEG (good / better / best) or TIFF uncompressed file formats. Colour space modes can be switched from colour, b&w and sepia. The fixed 34-107mm f/2.5 - f/3.9 lens is based on a 8 elements 7 group design and comes with a handy 49mm filter thread. The LCD screen is a 2 inch TFT based screen with 130,338 pixels. The screen can be tilted 90 degrees. Images are recorded onto CompactFlash Type I or II flash media with a 16MB card usually included.
