The renowned maker of electrical measurement instruments Tektronix made this instant camera for oscilloscope screenshots.

It uses a fast but very special lens not worth to try for other photography. It's a Oscillo-Paragon 1:0.85X Ilex 3 inch (75mm) f1.9 lens in Ilex ACME Synchro shutter. With its Polaroid film back which uses a Polaroid instant rollfilm it makes 10.5x8cm exposures. The camera was delivered with a box to attach it light-tightly to an oscilloscope tube screen. A light shaft is mounted upon that box as kind of reflex finder to observe the oscilloscope screen for the right moment of exposure.
