The Nons SL660 is interchangeable lens SLR for Instax Square launched in 2022. The camera uses the same leaf shutter as the smaller format Nons SL42 and also shares the same metering system and has the same passive EF Mount allowing it to mount many pre AF lenses including M42, Canon FD/EF, Exakta, Pentax K/PK, Contax/Yashica C/Y, Nikon F, Olympus OM and others mounts. It will not function properly with actual EF lenses as it has no electrical contacts. Because of the obvious difference between the frames of 35mm and Instax Square the camera incorporates an Optical Field Extender.
Unlike the original cameras this can use both modern and older high voltage flash units
The camera has improved build over it's smaller predecessors with a CNC anodised aluminium alloy front body & wooden handgrip. Like it's predcessors the camera was launched via Kickstarter
