The Coolpix 3100 is a 3.2 megapixel compact which is part of the Coolpix series of digital cameras made by Nikon, announced in February 2003[1]. It has a 3x zoom lens, with an additional 4x digital zoom. It uses CompactFlash for removable storage. USB interface is used for file transfers. It can be powered by 2x AA or 1x CRV3 batteries.
