The Miranda T is a 35mm SLR camera. It was an extremely advanced camera at the time of introduction, and especially so considering it being the first from this manufacturer, and by that time there was no really strong competition to inspire its design, appart from perhaps the Contax S and the Exakta Varex. The Miranda T was the first Miranda SLR camera, released in 1955. The prototype was introduced in 1954 as the Phoenix, but the name was changed due to a trademark conflict before production commenced.
