The Minolta Vectis 100 BF is a compact camera for APS film capsules. It is one of many viewfinder cameras with a big finder, maybe designed for elderly people or spectacle wearers. The bright-frame finder is of reverse Galilean type. Beside it is the green "ready" LED indicating "autofocus and exposure settings ok for shot". The APS print format preselection switch changes APS format selection as well as the bright frame in the finder. The camera has a lens with fixed focal-length (a 24mm "all glass lens") and a built-in flash. In its back is a small LCD display indicating battery status, exposure number and mode. The selectable modes are flash modes, including a night portrait program.

The camera was made in China.
