Memory Stick is a Sony-proprietary form of flash memory, used in Sony cameras and other digital devices.
There are six packages:
- Memory Stick (original): Up to 128MB of storage. 50 × 21.5 × 2.8 mm.
- Memory Stick Select: 50 × 21.5 × 2.8 mm
- 2x the storage of original, but uses a toggle switch to choose between memory banks.
- Memory Stick PRO: 50 × 21.5 × 2.8 mm
- fast, 8-bit parallel interface, rates up to 480Mb/s
- Memory Stick DUO: Up to 128MB of storage. 31 × 20 × 1.6 mm
- Memory Stick PRO DUO: 31 × 20 × 1.6 mm
- a smaller version of PRO
- Memory Stick Micro (M2): 15 × 12.5 × 1.2 mm
