The Masnette is a Japanese 6.5×9cm plate folder, only known from Sugiyama.[1] It is not known who made or distributed this camera.
The example pictured in Sugiyama has a focusing wheel on the photographer's right, a brilliant finder and a wireframe finder (whose front frame is missing), and no movement ability. The shutter is a Light giving 25, 50, 100, B, T speeds. The lens is reported as a Heedle Anastigmat Berlin 10.5cm f/4.5. (The same lens and shutter combination was advertised in 1936 on the Venus FF plate folder by Seibidō.)
