There are few Australian cameras. The Lexa 20 from 1948 is one of them. It is a box camera for 2¼x3¼-inch exposures on 120 film. For some reason, some examples are missing the film carrier.
The camera was made by the Lexa Manufacturing Company Pty. Ltd. of 218 Latrobe Street, Melbourne.[1] The company was formed in 1937,[2] its assets liquidated in 1950,[3] and finally dissolved in 1953.[2]
