The Leica C2 was a 35mm compact camera with a 2x zoom lens. It had a smooth aluminium casing and was rumoured to have been built by Panasonic for Leica. It is not generally held in high regard by Leica aficionados (who prefer rangefinders), but has retained a fairly high second-hand price among collectors.
