Kotani Shōten (小谷商店) was a Japanese distributor. The full name is only known from the official price list dated November 1941, where the Sintax is attributed to this company.[1] The same camera is attributed to "Kotani Shōji" (小谷商事) in a catalogue of the JCII museum, and to "Kotani Trading" in Sugiyama and McKeown.[2]

Notes

  1. "Kamera no kōtei kakaku kanpō happyō", November 1941, type 3, section 7B.
  2. "Kotani Shōji": Omoide no supuringu-kamera-ten, p. 19. "Kotani Trading": Sugiyama, item 1247, repeated in McKeown, p. 546.
