The Genba Kantoku 28WB (現場監督) (translated as Site supervisor) or referred to as Foreman or Work camera is a rugged 35mm film camera released in Japan by Konica in 1994. It replace the "New 現場監督 28" released a year earlier. In 2001 a newer "現場監督 28WB Eco" became available.

It was primary designed for building construction workers. It is waterproof (JIS protection grade 7), dust, sand proof and anti-shock. It uses a auto focusing fixed 28mm f/3.5 made from 5 elements in 5 groups. It has a minimum focusing distance of 0.5m. The shutter has speeds of 1/4 to 1/280 sec. It uses a CdS based metering cell with a range of 5.5 to 16.5 EV (ISO 100). There is a LCD panel which displays, exposure counter, battery level, flash (auto, on, off), self-timer and infinity. The built-in flash has a range up to 5m at ISO 100 and 10m with ISO 400 film. The film loading and advance is automatic with a motor drive. A window is on the film back as a reminder of emulsion type. Power is from 2CR5 battery. Date versions can record the year up to 2019 and powered by a CR2025 battery.
