The Hasselblad Lunar, introduced at the 2012 Photokina photography fair by Hasselblad, is a luxury re-cased variant of the sophisticated 24 megapixel NEX flagship Sony NEX-7. The main differences are a choice of 5 different high-end materials for the grip, a metal case, and a significantly higher price compared to the NEX-7. The Lunar went on sale in mid 2013 for a retail price of $6,995 USD
