The Fujix DS-300 is an early professional digital camera released by Fujifilm in 1997. It was also marketed at the same time by Fuji's medical equipment partner Xerox as the Xerox XD-530.

A traditional optical view finder is provided but the camera does not have a built-in LCD screen for previewing or composing images. It does contain a LCD panel on top of the camera for displaying camera settings. A analog composite video output is available on the unit and the suggested method for connecting a preview screen.

Images are captured onto ATA type I and II PC Card (PCMCIA). Compatibility may not be as good but SmartMedia and CompactFlash can also be used with the appropriate adapter. The back of the camera has a window to view the type of Fuji PC card. Images are formatted in JPEG and TIFF formats. A serial port (Mini Din9) is provided to transfer images onto a computer.
