The Fujifilm FinePix S3000 is digital bridge camera launched in 2003. Confusingly it was the successor to the FinePix S3800. It would in turn be succeeded by the FinePix S3500 (S3100 in US) in 2004. Camera has built in flash and a choice of both Rear LCD and Electronic Viewfinder (EVF). Camera offers automatic, video, scene and manual modes. The scene modes offer a menu selected choice of presets covering portrait, Scenic (landscape), Sports, night and continuous shooting modes. An addition macro option can also be enabled in most modes. Manual mode gives access to EV compensation, white balance, Flash compensation, image sharpness and a limited aperture priority control.
