Fujica V2

The Fujica V2 is a 35mm rangefinder camera that uses a leaf shutter based lens. It was introduced by Fuji in 1964.
It features a coupled CdS light meter with a light sensitivity of 2 to 18 LV and a film speed of 25 to 400 ASA. The lens is a 6-element 4.5 cm with an aperture of f/1.8 to f/22. The shutter is provided by Citizen with speeds capable of 1 to 1/500s and B. This camera supports shutter priority exposure program metering. To enable this function set the lens ring to A and select the desired shutter speed.
The focusing is handled by turning a thumb wheel on the back of the camera like the Voigtländer Vitessa. The parallax corrected viewfinder has a aperture scale on the right and a shutter scale on the lower left. A red exposure indicator will light if the chosen shutter and aperture speeds are inadequate for exposure. The rewinding crank is on the left hand side of the body. This camera uses PX13 mercury batteries for the meter.
