Two models were available in 9x12 format, the Ica no. 265 and no. 266. Ica No. 266 was in tropical finish from teak wood, without leather upholstery and with brass film holders and packs, instead of wood. In the 1922 catalog, the weight of no. 265 was given as 1170g. In the 1925 catalog the weight of the 265 was listed as 1320g and the 266 as 1440g. No. 265 was kept in the 1929 Zeiss Ikon catalog, while the 266 was renamed 266/1. The Favorit seems to have ended production not long after 1929, and was not featured in the 1931 Zeiss Ikon catalog.

The Favorit is a folding camera for 9x12cm, 10x15cm and 13x18cm plates or film packs, produced by Ica and later Zeiss Ikon (not to be confused with the 1957 Ikoflex Favorit TLR camera). It was one of the most expensive Zeiss Ikon folding-bed cameras in 1929, placed slightly above the Ideal, about the same as the Tropen Adoro, and only markedly below the top of the line Tropica and Universal-Juwel.

9x12

The 9x12 models were supplied with the following lenses:
