The Canonex was Canon's first auto-exposure SLR and their only fixed lens SLR. It was made in 1963-64 and has a 48mm f/2.8 Canon Lens S in a Copal-X shutter.
It is similar to the Mamiya Auto-Lux 35 and may have been made by Mamiya. [1]
