Reworked

I have the intention to transfer a good part of this page to the Help:Contents page, that is currently very unhelpful. I think that the purpose of the Community Portal should be to group the discussions and community projects, not to give an index of the howtos. Category Name

On the Minolta X-300 page, one of the categories at the bottom is called "Minolta SR mount." But in the article, the camera is listed as having an "MD Mount." And Minoltas do sport MD mounts from this era, I know because I have several and can verify this. Shouldn't the category name be changed to "Minolta MD Mount?" Minolta X-370s -vs- Minolta X-370n

I've seen pictures of both of these cameras, the Minolta X-370s and the Minolta X-370n and there are some subtle differences. Whereas the Minolta X-370 and Minolta X-370s look exactly like the Minolta X-300. Are they different cameras or just different marketing names for different parts of the world? I noticed that the page which used to be here on Camera-wiki.org for the Minolta X-370n was redirected to Minolta X-370s. And that got me to wondering as well if they are the exact same camera or different. Kenny HaarFager (talk) 18:09, 15 August 2016 (CDT)

I think the Minolta X-300s and the Minolta X-370N are the same camera and are distinctly different from the Minolta X-300, Minolta X-370 and the Minolta X-370s. Kenny HaarFager (talk) 10:47, 16 August 2016 (CDT)
