The Brooks-Veriwide is a medium format wide angle panoramic camera. The previous camera was made with Plaubel. This revision resembles press cameras of the 1960's such as the Graflex XL and Mamiya Press. It can in fact use many of the accessories from the XL series of Graflex cameras. It was made in Japan, but was comprised of components from Graflex, Deckel, Schneider and Marshal.

It takes 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 (56 x 81mm) exposures in to 120 (8) or 220 (16) roll film. The lens is a Schneider 47mm f/8 Super Angulon lens. It uses a Syncro Compur MXV shutter made by Deckel.
