The Bolsey 8 is a miniature 8mm movie camera. It was a sophisticated sturdy spring-motor-driven metal movie camera with optical viewfinder and a fast shutter with dial for speeds from 1/50 to 1/600 seconds. Aperture can be set by thumb wheel. The Bolsey-Elgeet f:1.8 10mm Navitar is screwed into a focusing facility allowing focusing from 1ft. to infinity. It has three exposure modes, including a single-shot mode for making trick films.
